Hello. My name’s Naomi; I’m a Young Ambassador at Beat.  I LOVE my role as a Young Ambassador and have gotten involved in some really great projects.  My newest role as part of being a Beat Young Ambassador is to support other young people and act as a mentor on the My Personal Best site.  Anything you want to discuss, or ask please feel free to drop me a message.  I’m always hear to listen and to offer support and advice.  (There’s also the Beat Youth Line too if you wanted to chat to someone.)  Alongside my role as a Beat Young Ambassador I enjoy art, yoga and dance, and taking my dog out.  I’m also heading to University soon, which I’m really excited about!  I look forward to hearing from you and hope that you find My Personal Best helpful in your recovery.  Remember, the first steps are always the hardest and recovery is totally possible! :-)
