The board is moderated by Beat staff so that only safe information is posted here after approval. We will aim to moderate your post within 48 hours.
When you're using the chat room or posting on the message board, never give out any personal information like your address or your phone number. You should always use a nickname, so no-one can look you up in a telephone directory and get your home phone number. To protect other vulnerable users, please do not post information which could be upsetting or triggering to other users - it will not be published!
